Rental Rules & Policies

Please review before applying. By submitting an application you agree to these terms.

General Rules

  • No smoking of any kind inside the trailer
  • No pets
  • No candles or open flames inside the trailer
  • No illegal drugs or substances
  • No parties or events — family camping only
  • Children are welcome; a pack-n-play is available on request
  • Maximum occupancy: 9 guests

Hookup Requirements

  • Full hookups required: water, min 30A electric, sewer
  • Private campgrounds only — no state or national parks
  • Renter is responsible for confirming their site meets these requirements before applying

Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery-only — guests may not tow the trailer
  • No Sunday delivery or pickup without prior arrangement
  • Setup takes approximately one hour after delivery
  • Breakdown/pickup takes approximately one hour

Payment & Cancellation

  • 50% deposit required to hold reservation
  • Final payment + $1,000 refundable security deposit due 14 days before drop-off
  • Cancellation policy: please contact us directly for details
  • Security deposit returned within 7 days of pickup pending inspection

Care of the Trailer

  • Leave the trailer in the same condition as received
  • Do not move the trailer once set up
  • Report any damage immediately
  • Renter is liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear
